Tour Plan
  • Day 1: Arrival – Pinnawala – Kandy

Upon arrival at Colombo International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by a tour representative. From there, you will begin your journey towards Kandy. On the way, you will visit the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, where you can see rescued elephants being cared for. Next, you will stop at a Spice Garden to learn about Sri Lanka’s famous spices and their uses in Ayurveda. Upon arrival in Kandy, you will check in at the hotel and have some time to relax. In the evening, enjoy a delicious dinner and stay overnight in Kandy.

  • Day 2: Kandy City Tour – Peradeniya – Ella – Nuwara Eliya – Ella

In the morning, embark on a city tour of Kandy, including a visit to the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic (Sri Dalada Maligawa), one of the most significant religious sites in Sri Lanka. Afterward, explore the Royal Botanical Gardens in Peradeniya, where you will find over 500 species of rare trees, plants, and orchids. Next, you will travel to Ambuluwawa Tower, a 48-meter-high tower offering breathtaking 360-degree views of Sri Lanka’s mountainous landscapes. The journey continues to Ella, with a stop at a tea plantation and factory, where you can witness the fascinating tea-making process and sample the world-famous Ceylon tea. Before reaching Ella, you will also take a short city tour of Nuwara Eliya, often called "Little England" due to its cool climate and colonial-era architecture. Upon arrival in Ella, check in at the hotel, enjoy dinner, and rest for the night.

  • Day 3: Ella – Beach Hotel

After breakfast, visit Little Adam’s Peak, a scenic hiking spot that offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Next, explore the famous Nine Arches Bridge, an architectural marvel from the British colonial era, built entirely of stone and brick without the use of steel. If you wish, you can participate in an optional Sri Lankan cooking class and enjoy a traditional lunch for an additional $25 per person. After lunch, the journey continues towards the beach, with a stop at the stunning Ravana Falls. As you reach the coastal area, your unforgettable tour comes to an end.
